Translations & E-mail Forwarding
Using our email forwarding service will save you months of time in communicating with women on our website who havn't own email address.
Automated mail-forwarding procedure
You type the woman of your choice a letter and send it from her profile page
using "Send me a letter" button. Each time that a letter is sent the server will deduct
the charges from your mail-forwarding account and send the reciept to you.
When the account is low or empty server will ask you to pay for the letter.
To avoid of i-transact procedure for each letter, you can place in any time whatever
funds that you would like to replenish the account with.
Use this page or services page to place a money to your mail-forwarding account.
If at any time you wish to close the account we will credit the remaining balance (if any) to you
to be used for any of our other services.
Your letter is immediately forwarded by email to
the appropriate FSU office..
Our agent then prints your letter and photo
(if you included one) and places it in an envelope and sends the letter to it's final destination by
regular postal mail.
After the woman receives your letter
she can send you a email letter as
a reply using the same procedure in reverse or she can write to your home
address by regular postal mail. (Most women cannot afford to pay the email
forwarding costs but if you want to pay them for her you may do so, just be
sure to let us know if you want to do this).
With this procedure it is possible to send and receive a letter in as
little as 3-5 days (if she replies quickly).
Regular postal mail will take a
minimum of 30-40 days round trip for the same letter, and it can be even longer.
The total cost of our Standard service to you is $5 for a letter up to
two pages in length, and each additional page is $2, or you can use our
Registered service for $1 more and your letter will be mailed by registered
mail. This is one of the best ways of sending mail quickly that we know of.
UPS and FedX have 2 day delivery but it will cost you from $45-$75 for this!!
The U.S. postal service has International Express mail but the cost is $18 to
most countries and it takes 3-5 days.
We also allow you to send photographs
in .jpg format. To print them in Black and White costs $2 each, To print them in Color costs $4 each
with each email letter that you send. We do ask that you keep the file size below 60kB
& not send us photos in any other format other than jpg unless you are willing
to pay an additional $5 for us to convert them for you. If you would like for
us to scan them for you, we will do so for $5 each. Mail them to us with a
self addressed stamped envelope if you want your photos returned.
Should you want to send real photos we can do this also but we must snail
mail them first across the ocean and then have our agents place them in the
envelope with your printed letter. The cost to do this is the same as sending
scanned photos - $2 each plus a onetime set up charge of $10 to cover postage
and handling. Our address is at the bottom of this page.
If you would like a letter translated
from Russian to English, or English
to Russian, we can do so for a cost of $10.00 per typed page with a one page minimum
(650 words per page), additional words are 2 cents each. Most services
are charging 5 cents per word which is more than $35 for an average one page
letter! The reason we are able to do it cheaper is because your letter is sent
to Russia where the actual translation takes place. To be able to offer you
these low rates we must receive your letter by email. If you want us to
translate a hand written letter from someone then we must charge an additional
$5 per page because we must first fax your letter to Russia and incur long
distance charges in doing so. If you want to send us scanned letters by email,
please save it as a jpg. Do not send us files larger
than 60 kb, they take much too long to download & our computer will reject them.
Non automated mail-forwarding procedure
ATTENTION! We will charge you for the translation only once if you will send a multiple
introduction letter with translation to many women for the first time. In
such case you have to send your letter to
info@russian-women.net. Don't use "Send me a letter" button at women's profiles then.
You also can forward your letter to
info@russian-women.net if you have any problems with our automated mail-forwarding system.
Please, provide us with all instructions if you want to have your letter
translated, if you want to have your pictures printed in color, if you want
to use registered service and if you permit to the lady to use your
mail-forwarding account to reply by email.
Our mail-forwarding service is available for any address in Belarus, Russia,
or the Ukraine. We will deliver and translate letters to any woman that you would
like to write to even if she is from another marriage agency. If your lady is not at our server
send your letter to info@russian-women.net
with all needed instructions.
! Please be advised that you must purchase (or retrieve as a member) a lady's address to be able to send letters to her.
